What are the most effective ways to exercise your shoulder muscles?

Some men who love fitness are very obsessed with chest muscles and abdominal muscles, but many people ignore the training of shoulder muscles. In fact, broad arms are the best interpretation of masculine strength. Strong and muscular arms make men more beautiful, make women feel more secure, and allow a man's masculine charm to be fully displayed. The following are exercises to focus on men's shoulder muscles.

The back muscles are small muscle groups. In my usual training, I use small and medium-weight dumbbells and do multiple sets of medium to low stimulation. Usually I train each part for 6 to 8 sets, with about 15 to 18 times in each set. The movements are the familiar dumbbell front raise, dumbbell push press, dumbbell lateral raise, and dumbbell bent-over lateral raise for the front, middle, and posterior bundles.

The pyramid principle is the method I use most in shoulder training. Every time I practice, I must use the pyramid principle to strengthen the deltoid muscles. Every time I practice, I can make the deltoid muscles full of blood and achieve a "pump feeling". When doing dumbbell front raises, I will prepare 3 sets of dumbbells, namely 20KG, 15KG, and 10KG. I will first use the 20KG to do the front raises. After exhaustion, I will immediately switch to the 15KG and continue. After exhaustion, I will immediately use the 10KG dumbbells to continue until exhaustion.

The triad rule is also an effective way to find the "pump feeling". Perform dumbbell press, dumbbell front raise, and dumbbell lateral raise continuously. This counts as one time. Do 15 times in total as a set. Do 6 to 8 sets a day. Doing this makes me experience sufficient shoulder soreness every time, and then combined with adequate diet and rest, the growth of shoulder muscles is very rapid.

Of course, the shoulder muscle exercises introduced above are relatively general. In fact, specifically speaking, shoulder muscle exercises can be straight-arm raises, alternating dumbbell raises, puller raises, barbell upright rows, barbell front presses, Arnold presses, etc. Except for the Arnold press, the other exercises are easy to understand just by their name.
