1. Morning and evening are the best times to run and grow taller

The air is fresh in the morning, so go for a run to exercise your whole body while breathing in the warm sunshine. The ultraviolet rays are not too strong at this time, which can help you increase your metabolism early in the morning and allow your body to enter the fat burning state earlier. It is also a good idea to run in the evening before dinner. The temperature is not that high, and it is easy to run. It is also helpful in controlling appetite.

2. Stop and walk when you are tired

Many people feel that running is very tiring, so they are not willing to do this kind of exercise. In fact, as long as you master the skills, running is a very easy thing.

If this is your first time to try the running method to grow taller, it is not recommended to run for too long or at too high an intensity at the beginning. Run twice a week, 10-15 minutes each time. You can walk during the run, alternating between the two exercises and maintaining smooth breathing. When you have mastered the skills of running, you can increase the intensity, for example, running 3 times a week, each time for more than 20 minutes. As you progress step by step, the effect will become more and more significant.

Furthermore, when running, it is not advisable to land on the heel first and then transition to the forefoot. Because the reaction force generated by the heel landing is upward, it takes a long time for the heel to push off the ground and then the forefoot to push off the ground backward, which will affect the speed of horizontal movement; more importantly, it is not good for the body. When you land on your heels, the gravity is not cushioned by the arch of the foot, and the vibration generated is much greater than that of landing on the forefoot. This will vibrate various parts of the body, including the brain and internal organs, and can easily cause damage to the knee joint. Frequent collision of the heels with hard ground will also damage the subcutaneous fat pad of the heel, causing heel pain.

In short, running can promote height growth. Some people are born short, and we cannot change this gene, but we can make up for this shortcoming through acquired factors, and running is undoubtedly the best way. However, if this is your first time using this method, don't rush for success; a gradual approach is the best and most feasible way.
