7. Alternating Tilt Exercise

Set the bench to 60% incline, with medium weight, and with your palms natural, slowly draw your right arm up to your chest. As you lift the dumbbells, slowly rotate your hands so that your palms are facing the ceiling. As you lift, focus on keeping your upper arms tight to your body.
