Simply put, it refers to any rhythmic exercise that lasts for a long time (about 15 minutes or more) and has a moderate or high intensity (75% to 85% of the maximum heart rate). Flashlights have a huge impact on table tennis games, because the collision between the table tennis racket and the ball happens in an instant, and the flashlights will dazzle the athlete's eyes, making it impossible for the athlete to judge the quality of the incoming ball, thus affecting the quality and hit rate of the return ball.

(3) When cheering, be gentle and do not bring gongs, drums, or trumpets into the gymnasium, as loud noises and aggressive language can affect the athletes’ mood and concentration. Whichever side loses, don't boo, otherwise it will put pressure on the players, which is not good. Don't boo the referee either.

(4) Smoking is prohibited in the venue; mobile phones must be turned off or set to vibrate or silent mode.
