In order to maximize muscle development, experienced weightlifters usually divide the body parts into several groups for training (such as chest, triceps; lower limbs, back, trapezius, biceps). After 3 days of training, take a day off and then start the next cycle. Dietary calorie intake should not be restricted during the muscle growth phase, because muscle growth is only possible when the body is in a state of "positive balance".

In addition, try to avoid scheduling strength training and running on the same day, because running consumes a lot of calories, so that muscles will not have a chance to grow. When the body is in a state of energy "negative balance", muscles will be consumed as energy first, followed by fat. If you must do both strength training and aerobic exercise on the same day, at least you should do strength training first, so that your muscles can be fully stimulated when your physical strength and energy are at their peak. As the muscle content increases, the body's metabolic rate will also increase, which will be more conducive to the consumption of body fat.

In addition to exercise, men who want to have perfect muscles must also pay attention to their diet. Try to eat less high-fat foods, because the primary purpose of exercise is to lose fat.
