How to do standing yoga poses?

Yoga is a health-preserving exercise that many people like. Yoga can exercise the body, regulate people's emotions, and relieve bad emotions very well. Yoga can also improve the flexibility of the body, so it is very good to practice yoga regularly. In fact, yoga standing postures are very common and the movements are very simple. This is an excellent stretch for reducing stiffness, fatigue, and tension in the back foot muscles. At the same time, the back and neck muscles are fully stretched. By learning this move you can also learn how to resolve common stretching pains.

Step 1: Start in Mountain Pose.

Step 2: Jump up and spread your feet about four foot lengths apart. Look forward and lift your heels slightly.

Step 3: Bend forward until your upper torso is almost parallel to the floor. Place your hands on the floor, just about shoulder distance away. Your lower back should be straight and supporting your movement.

Step 4: Push your pelvis forward. Keep your eyes on the ground and stretch your neck toward the ground.

If you can do this easily, you can grab the outside of your foot and gently stretch it. This way you will feel your front half getting longer and you will be able to continue stretching.

You should be very relaxed and try to use gravity and the force of stretching to complete this movement. Instead of stretching your hands forcefully.

When you are ready to return to the starting position, stand up straight again and jump back into Mountain Pose.

As you reach forward, try to maintain that feeling of stretching and lengthening. If your back sinks below your chest, you'll have trouble breathing and defeat the purpose of the stretch.

When doing this standing yoga pose, you must pay attention to relaxing, and try to use gravity and stretching force to complete the movement. Never use brute force. When you pull your body hard, it will become very stiff and it is easy to strain your muscles. It is best to do yoga two or three times a week, and be careful to do it in moderation.
