Yoga emphasizes the unity of mind and body. In a quiet environment, maintain deep breathing in a position that makes you feel comfortable. But flow yoga is different. It is more intense, with one movement per breath, but it also requires concentration of mind and body to practice, and requires strength, flexibility and balance. After each posture, simply close your eyes, regulate your breathing and relax before starting another posture. When practicing with the left and right limbs, the time to hold the posture should be the same. You can count your breaths. After practicing for about half an hour or an hour, you can start practicing the rest technique, lying on your back and relaxing your whole body.

Breathe peacefully, imagine every part of your body, gradually relax, and keep your mind awake for about ten minutes. A complete course is over. Yoga can be practiced anytime and anywhere, such as simple neck and spine twists, seated or standing shoulder stretches, and more.

Although yoga has many benefits, it does not mean that the longer you practice it, the better. Excessive practice will cause physical strain, so it is best to practice for about an hour a day. If you are a beginner, you can practice one day and rest one day. It should be noted that when practicing yoga, it is best to fix the time and then gradually increase the time, step by step.
