What are the classic yoga poses?

1. Mountain pose

2. Eagle Pose

1. Stand naturally with your feet together and your arms hanging naturally;

2. Lift your left leg, fold it in front of your right leg, bend your right knee, wrap your left calf around the back of your right calf, and hook your left big toe around your right ankle;

3. Stretch your arms forward, with the left arm on top and the right arm below. After wrapping your arms around each other, your palms face each other. Raise your arms as high as possible, hold for 1 minute, then switch to the other side.

Effect: This set of movements can exercise the calves and enhance the bust line.

3. Left and right hand combination

1. Stand upright, put your hands together, inhale gently, and slowly raise your elbows to your chest;

2. Exhale slowly, put your hands together and squeeze them towards your chest as much as possible, slightly leaning to the left, and hold for 10 seconds;

3.Resume step 1, then do the same movement on the right side, repeat 10 times on each side.

Effect: This set of movements can stimulate the development of mammary glands to achieve the effect of breast enhancement.

Note: When doing the movement, make sure to use force when squeezing your palms inwards, and keep your hands moderately balanced with your chest.

4. Camel Pose

1. Kneel on both knees, keep your upper body straight, spread your legs shoulder-width apart, and keep your hands naturally vertical;

2. Hold your pelvis with both hands, tighten your buttocks, inhale, open your chest, and tilt your head back;

3. Grab the soles of your feet with both hands and keep your head tilted back for 30 seconds;

4. Put your hands on your waist and slowly stand up.
