Only through labor can one get rich. In order to get rich, people are constantly running around and working hard every day. It can be said that the limbs of the body play a supporting role in our daily life, or it can be said that we have a certain dependence on them. Therefore, it is also very important to protect them. The health of the limbs can ensure basic living security. However, some people suffer from varicose veins in both lower limbs. What are its physical signs? The location and extent of primary varicose veins are related to the local intravenous pressure and the thickness of the vein wall. Due to the gradual development of the disease, its early clinical manifestations are mainly symptoms, while in the later stages they are mainly varicose veins and the resulting complications. The affected lower limbs often feel sore, heaviness or pain, and are prone to fatigue. When walking or lying down, due to the squeezing effect of the gastrocnemius muscle contraction, blood is easy to flow back, the pressure in the veins is reduced, and the symptoms are relieved. Varicose veins first expand and bulge, then bend, causing valvular atresia and increasing its severity. After a long time, the middle layer of muscle is replaced by connective tissue, the wall of the vein becomes thinner, and the dilated veins may become nodular. Varicose veins of the great saphenous vein are mainly distributed on the inner side of the lower limb and extend to the anterior muscle and posterior surface. Because the great saphenous vein in the calf has a smaller diameter and thinner wall, the pressure it bears is higher than that in the thigh. Therefore, its degree and range are more serious than that in the thigh, and its branches are more serious than the main trunk. When the thigh veins are significantly varicose, it often indicates insufficiency of their main valves. If it occurs on the outer side of the thigh, it shows incompetence of the lateral femoral superficial vein valve; if it occurs on the posterior and medial side of the thigh, it shows incompetence of the internal femoral superficial vein valve. Varicose veins of the small saphenous vein are mainly distributed in the back and lower part of the lower leg and extend to the lateral side and dorsum of the foot. In simple primary varicose veins without ankle perforator valvular insufficiency, swelling usually does not occur; if there is ankle perforator valvular insufficiency, mild swelling may also occur, which is characterized by appearing after a day of activity and decreasing or disappearing after a night's rest. For patients with varicose veins in both lower limbs, there are many treatment options. These signs can help guide early detection and early treatment, which can control the disease within a certain range and prevent it from continuing to deteriorate. Therefore, once people with these signs are found, they should go to the hospital for treatment in time. |
