Eight taboos for men's fitness


(1) Do not blindly participate in activities that exceed your ability. Instead, exercise your body through sports activities that are within your ability.


(2) If conditions permit, ask a physical education teacher or kinesiology expert to prescribe an exercise prescription for you based on your physical health condition. This prescription will guide you to exercise safely and scientifically in a purposeful and planned manner.


(3) Before each exercise, you must do sufficient warm-up exercises to overcome the physiological inertia of internal organs and prevent sports injuries.


(4) Exercise should be postponed after meals, when hungry or tired; high-intensity exercise should not be performed after recovering from an illness.


(5) Do not enter or dive into unfamiliar waters to avoid accidents. When swimming in public swimming places, pay attention to public health and obey the management of the staff.


(6) After each exercise, make sure to clean up and relax. This is conducive to physical recovery so that you can quickly get into learning activities.


(7) During exercise, do not drink a lot of water to avoid increasing the burden on the heart or causing physical and gastrointestinal discomfort. It is not advisable to take a cold shower immediately after exercise.


(8) Before formulating or implementing your own exercise plan, you must undergo a physical examination and obtain approval from a doctor. If you suffer from a certain disease or have a family history of genetic disease, you need to consult a doctor and exercise under medical supervision according to the advice of physical education teachers and doctors.
