Yoga was first introduced from India. The practice of yoga can help people achieve a meditation effect. Anyone who has the conditions has basically signed up for a yoga class. Yoga is a sport with a more significant weight loss effect and you can do it appropriately.

Although yoga seems to be a very relaxing sport, it is actually very difficult. Beginners must perform the movements under the guidance of a coach to avoid injuries. Also, pay special attention to doing some warm-up exercises before doing yoga.

Standing slim waist weight loss yoga

1. Stand in basic posture.

2. Move the body's center of gravity to the left leg, bend the right knee, place the sole of the right foot close to the inner side of the left thigh, grab the instep of the right foot with the right hand, move the heel to the perineum, point the toes down, extend the right knee outward, and put your hands together in front of your chest.

3. Slowly raise your hands above your head, straighten your elbows, take a few deep breaths and meditate.

4. Exhale and slowly lower your hands and right foot. Do the same exercise with your left leg.

5. After doing 2 to 3 times on each side, return to the basic standing position and relax.

6. Turn your body slightly to the right, slowly lift your left foot, grab the instep of your left foot with both hands, move your center of gravity to your right foot, tilt your upper torso toward the right front, and make your right hand with two fingers pointing toward the right front, and hold for 30 to 60 seconds.

7. Slowly put down your left foot and hands and return to the basic standing position.

8. Do the same exercise on the left side.

At the beginning, some people's feet may not be able to get close to the inner thighs, so they can be placed on the inner calves, and gradually move upwards. Don't be too eager for success, just do your best. Feel your hands reaching toward the sky and your feet firmly planted on the ground.

Standing yoga is one of the simpler yoga poses, but it is still difficult to complete it perfectly because yoga poses certain challenges to the flexibility of the human body. Don’t be impatient when doing yoga. You must calm down and do it. Only in this way can you achieve the purpose of meditation. Remember to drink plenty of water after yoga.
