Sit-up techniques:

Remember to do warm-up exercises before exercising, mainly stretching and leg stretching. Fully stretch your tibia, exercise more often, and don't do sudden and intense exercise, which will lead to excessive lactic acid, causing pain for several months and easily spraining ligaments.

First of all, lie flat on the sit-up ground with your body straight, don't lie sideways. Many people do sit-ups at an angle, which affects their output and makes you tired easily.

Bend your hands and hold your head so that the strength of your hands can help your head rise more easily. And it can protect your head when you land. Some people like to put their hands on both sides and make fists, and then stand up. This is not only strenuous, but also easy to get tired.

Both feet must be pressed firmly and the partner must be serious and responsible. During exercise, if they are not pressed firmly, the force will be offset.

When you start doing sit-ups, relax your whole body, bring your arms together as shown in the picture, and use your waist and hands to prepare at the same time.

After you stand up, your elbows should touch your knees, and your body should be straight, not tilted, otherwise it will cause uneven force on the body and lead to consequences such as strain.

Finally, use the reaction force to lie back, then quickly stand up according to step 5, and repeat this process.

Note: The technique of sit-ups lies in the standard posture and reasonable use of force. Practice as much as possible and do warm-up exercises.
