2. Lost.

But where should I go to exercise or relax? I have no idea.

The former are because they are too well prepared and have neglected the fitness and leisure itself, while the latter are because they do not take fitness and leisure seriously enough. The sun was almost at noon on the weekend, but I was still stretching in bed.

4. Follow the crowd.

When the trend of bungee jumping died down, the trend of self-service fitness and leisure also passed, and the trend of lying in a pottery bar to find inspiration for pottery making was no longer fashionable, I rolled my eyes and wondered: Why is there no place in this world where I can exercise and relax?

5. Spend money like water.

There is a group of people who spend money to buy happiness. On weekends, these people often go to dance halls, saunas, and hotels to exercise and relax wherever there is money. A lot of money is spent from spring to winter.

6. Be foolish and amuse yourself.

When modern people talk about fitness and leisure, they must pay attention to individuality and humanity. But I don’t know if the words humanity and individuality are too difficult to understand and grasp. There is a group of people who cannot be happy without engraving a sentence "I have been here" when they visit famous mountains, rivers and scenery.

7. Rest but not idle.

Some people are exercising, but their cell phones ring before they finish the exercise. They answer the phone and get back on the treadmill, and soon someone calls again.

8. Being lazy by nature.

For most of these people, their blood pressure immediately soars when they think about walking, and their heart feels like it's about to burst when they start sweating.
