It is because of this ability that your knees will be repaired after wear and tear and become stronger, and your knee health will be better improved! If you run incorrectly or run too much, the situation will be completely different!

If the extent of knee injury has exceeded the knee's ability to repair, then running will hurt the knee and cause serious damage to the health of the knee, which is not worth the loss!

So how can you keep your knees healthy?

1. Reasonable running

Reasonable running includes a reasonable running speed and a reasonable running distance. As long as these two are reasonable, the possibility of hurting the knees from running will be minimized. Some people like to run excessively, and their knees will be scrapped sooner or later!
