Some people are crazy about running, while others are not interested in running and often make sarcastic remarks about it.

When you can easily run a distance that they dare not even think about, you may be called a monster with "strong limbs and a simple mind" by them.

When you continue running in the cold winter wind, maybe they will say that you have run yourself crazy.

When you become slimmer and slimmer because of running, they may be even more jealous of you and say, "You're so skinny that you're just skin and bones."

When they are busy with work and trivial matters in life all day, and you still insist on running, they will say that you "are not doing your job all day long."

So what? People who love running will continue to run. Because running is really a personal thing. It can not only make you better and better, but also benefit your family, career and everything around you. So while we are young and can still run, why don’t we run more, even though there are so many prejudices.

But in Lao Wang's opinion, these things called "prejudices" are more like jealousy! Because you can run farther, are not afraid of the cold, become slimmer and slimmer, etc., which are all things they want to do but have not done. Compared to playing games or watching soap operas in your free time, is running still considered "unproductive"?

So once we ignore our biases, how can we continue running in our busy lives? Lao Wang thinks you need a reasonable running schedule.

If you are the type who cannot spare time once you are busy, or even work until late at night, it is recommended that you schedule running in the morning as the first thing you do in the day. And you will find that if you stick to morning jogging for a long time, your work efficiency will become higher.

If you are the type of person who works from 9 to 5 and wants to sleep in the morning, then it is recommended that you schedule your run after get off work or in the evening, but not too late. If you keep running like this for a long time, you will feel relaxed and happy, because running allows you to escape from tedious work and stay away from worries.

If you have flexible working hours, you can arrange running in your spare time. Of course, you can also join a running group, so that not only will someone remind you to run, but you can also make many like-minded friends.

Running is simple, but if you want to stick to it, it is indeed a task that requires some effort. Thank you all for your hard work.
