Inverted yoga! Let your thing be as long as you want

1. Kneel with your feet together, knees on the ground, bend your body forward, hold your elbows with your hands, straighten your back, lift your hips slightly off your heels, and lean your body forward.

2. Lean your hips back and lift your chest away from the floor. Bend your elbows 90 degrees, place your forearms on the floor and point them forward, and keep your fingers together.

3. Lean forward, lift your hips off your heels, hug your hands behind your head, place the top of your head on the floor, arch your shoulders forward, and straighten your back.

4. Slowly straighten your legs, touch the ground with your toes and push forward, straighten your back, and lift your hips as high as possible.

5. Pull your feet back toward your head, continue to lift your hips up and toward the ceiling, and push your toes forward.

6. Lean your body against the wall, slowly lift your feet off the ground, bend your legs until your thighs are parallel to the floor, hold for 10 to 15 seconds, relax your breathing, and maintain your body balance.

7. Continue to raise your thighs until they are on the same plane as your body, with the soles of your feet resting on the wall.

8. After your body is stable, slowly straighten your calves and point them towards the ceiling. Hold for 1 to 3 minutes, depending on your physical strength.
