Keep your spine straight, avoid contracting your abdominal organs, and free your mind from the pressure of your body.

It reduces the body's carbon dioxide emissions, slows down lung and heart activity, and eliminates distractions from the body that interfere with concentration.

9. What are the effects of meditation yoga?

Don’t we feel that our hearts are too noisy? And we will never have peace in our entire lives?

Meditation is a shortcut to stop our thoughts and is the art of inner peace;

All our lives, we only know how to think, but we never learn how not to think;

Thinking can solve many problems in life, but some important problems can only be solved and achieved without thinking;

Thinking is the important difference between humans and animals.

Not thinking is a requirement that transcends physiology and makes life more spiritual.

After all, man cannot live on bread alone.

People have the desire to make their lives more perfect, and learning without thinking is the only way.

Excessive use of thinking function makes us gradually lose the ability to listen and feel.

The beauty of the spiritual world can only be listened to and felt. The world of love, religion, trust, understanding, friendship and care does not require thinking. Thinking can only lead to missing out on and contaminating them.

Not thinking does not mean stopping thinking or suppressing thinking, but transcending thinking. It is a three-dimensional sublimation rather than a two-dimensional choice, which enables our minds to have greater freedom - not only to think, but also to not think. Being my own master means that I can freely control my thoughts - it thinks when it is needed; when it is not needed, I can make it stop thinking.
