On the one hand, you practice the fastest speed, and on the other hand, you strengthen the feeling of controlling the rope with your wrist. This training method can be used for timed counting projects.

Vary the time and repeat the training method. For example, to practice 30 seconds of solo flight, you can practice with the following different time periods in sequence: 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 40 seconds, 30 seconds, 20 seconds, and 10 seconds. This training method is mainly to practice the distribution of physical strength. 3 minutes of endurance is most suitable, and it is very interesting and challenging.
