Horse stance is a basic skill that many people would learn when learning Kung Fu in ancient times. You must first master the basics of horse stance before you can practice good martial arts. However, in modern times, horse stance is only for physical fitness. Many people also like to choose horse stance to lose weight. The uses and benefits of horse stance are great. Many people use horse stance because it is very strenuous to do and think that such exercise is good for the body. So what are the training methods of horse stance fitness?

The first step is to do a low stance (90 degrees) horse stance punch (the palm of the fist should be empty), about 100 times at a time (can be completed in about 30 seconds), and after practicing, focus your mind on your lower abdomen for three minutes. Practice twice a day.

The second step is to increase the number of repetitions by 10 times a day without interruption.

The third step: After three months, you can complete 1,000 repetitions at a time; 2,000 repetitions would be even better; do not exceed 10 minutes at a time (generally 200 repetitions per minute).

The fourth step, when you reach 1000 times, stop punching and just practice the four-level horse stance and stand still. If you reach 10 minutes, stop and focus your mind on your lower abdomen for 3 minutes.

The fifth step. When you reach the fourth step without any effort, make fists with both hands and bend elbows to do the double peaks through the ears pose (palms facing forward, fist holes facing ears), and pull back as hard as you can. At the same time, stand in a horse stance with your waist bent and chest lifted. Do this for 10 minutes. Then finish. Focus your mind on your lower abdomen for 3 minutes.

Effect:

1. He is extremely strong and can move as fast as the wind.

2. The internal Qi can flow along the back, through the Du channel, up to the top of the head and back to the Dantian (not the circulation of Qi around the body).

3. Feel energetic, eat more, and sleep soundly.

4. The Qi in the Dai and Du meridians is unobstructed, there is sometimes a hot spot in the lower abdomen, and the mouth is often full of saliva.

5. If you have put in a lot of effort, your internal energy will be abundant and can flow freely; the belt meridian, lower abdomen and waist will naturally rise when touched by your hands. By touching hands with someone, you can know whether the other person is "empty" or not (whether he has internal strength and to what extent).

6. If you have put enough effort into the fifth step, when you have reached the state of "heart and hand in harmony, and being able to do things with ease", you don't have to learn any martial arts, you can just find someone who knows martial arts to practice with. No matter how famous the man is, I believe the battle can be ended in just one strike.

(The key is to generate the spiritual power of "harmony between heart and hand").

7. At this time, if a person has a minor illness, it can be cured immediately. For example, while meditating, one can quickly enter a state of tranquility, which is the so-called first level of aid to the path of enlightenment. If one's skills are advanced, one can achieve the effect of "immortal pointing the way" (such as touching a watermelon, or judging things).
