How to do warm-up exercises in physical education class

Warm-up exercises are mainly for stretching muscles, and blood flow helps transport nutrients and nutrients. There are also many warm-up exercises in daily life. Warm-up exercises in physical education classes are mainly some simple exercises such as chest expansion exercises, arm swinging exercises, and some finger and wrist joint exercises.

(1) Requirements for chest expansion exercise: Vibrate your arms vigorously to fully open your shoulder joints, raise your arms horizontally, and complete the movement.

(2) Requirements for the arm swinging exercise: Stretch both arms straight and swing them backwards as far as possible.

(3) Abdominal and back exercises (side) Requirements: Raise both hands downward as far as possible, with both hands touching the ground as much as possible, and stretch both legs.

(4) Requirements for straight leg stretch: Stand in a lunge position, open the angle between the legs, and vibrate up and down.

(5) Requirements for side leg stretch: Open your legs as much as possible and vibrate up and down.

(6) Generally, some special training is carried out in combination with the teaching content of this lesson, such as shoulders, waist and abdomen, etc. Requirements: Be able to closely integrate with the teaching content of this lesson and serve the teaching.

(7) Movement requirements for finger, wrist, knee and ankle joints: The movements must be in place and each joint of the finger, wrist, knee and ankle can be fully active.
