Can I practice yoga while breastfeeding?

They try whatever they hear about weight loss. Many people also think of yoga. There are really many people who lose weight through yoga, because yoga has the effect of fitness and weight loss after exercise. So can mothers who are breastfeeding practice yoga?

You can selectively practice some simple targeted movements, such as natural breathing, then sun salutation followed by upper dog and then downward dog, triangle pose, rotated triangle, vertical pose, bow pose, then boat pose and then natural relaxation of yoga. But I personally think that if you want to slim down your waist and abdomen, the best way is to practice Pilates.

There are two types of exercise

1. Aerobic exercise

Relatively slow and less intense exercises are called aerobic exercises, such as jogging and yoga. When doing this type of exercise, the body only needs aerobic breathing to obtain sufficient energy. It produces lactic acid.

2. Anaerobic exercise

When doing more intense exercise, aerobic respiration cannot meet the body's needs, so the body does both aerobic respiration and anaerobic respiration. The metabolite of anaerobic respiration is lactic acid.

Yoga is a slow-moving aerobic exercise, so you don’t have to worry about lactic acid! But if you had a cesarean section, you have to wait until the wound is completely healed before you can exercise!

You can practice yoga during breastfeeding. During breastfeeding, many mothers feel that they have nothing to do and that taking care of their children is too annoying. If you calm down and practice yoga, it will have a calming effect. When doing yoga exercises, we must master the relevant rules and use the postures reasonably. Only in this way can yoga exercises achieve better weight loss results.
