Anaerobic exercise When doing more intense exercise, aerobic respiration cannot meet the body's needs, so the body does both aerobic respiration and anaerobic respiration. The metabolite of anaerobic respiration is lactic acid. Yoga is a slow-moving aerobic exercise, so you don’t have to worry about lactic acid! But if you had a cesarean section, you have to wait until the wound is completely healed before you can exercise! You can practice yoga during breastfeeding. During breastfeeding, many mothers feel that they have nothing to do and that taking care of their children is too annoying. If you calm down and practice yoga, it will have a calming effect. When doing yoga exercises, we must master the relevant rules and use the postures reasonably. Only in this way can yoga exercises achieve better weight loss results. |
