In fact, as long as we don't do some intense competitive sports during our menstrual period, we can do it. However, we can't do some sports with large vibrations, including high jump and long jump. Otherwise, it is likely to cause excessive menstrual bleeding during menstruation, and even in severe cases, it may cause the position of our uterus to change, which will affect our future fertility.
