Is exercise good for fatty liver?

Most people suffer from fatty liver disease. Although there are no symptoms at ordinary times, it is also a disease that needs attention. After having fatty liver, we must not only pay attention to our daily light diet, but also need to regulate and treat it through exercise. So is exercise good for fatty liver? To solve this problem, we will introduce it through the following introduction.

Among many treatment measures, exercise therapy needs special emphasis. This is because, on the one hand, the role and significance of exercise therapy in the treatment of fatty liver are not fully understood by patients, who tend to ignore or even dare not exercise; on the other hand, the lack of exercise therapy and relying solely on diet to reduce weight and treat fatty liver often fails due to difficulty in persisting or unsatisfactory results. Therefore, in the treatment of fatty liver, exercise therapy must be placed in an important position, taken seriously and persisted in.

Experts point out that the implementation of exercise therapy can achieve the purpose of consuming energy, increasing insulin sensitivity and losing weight and keeping fit. Three points should be grasped during the specific implementation process:

1. Whether it is exercise therapy or diet therapy, do not rush it to avoid the opposite effect. The principle of gradual progress should be followed, especially in the amount and time of exercise, which should be increased gradually.

2. Choose sports that mainly involve aerobic metabolism, such as walking at a moderate to fast pace, jogging, cycling, climbing, hula hooping, dancing, and radio gymnastics. Avoid oxygen-deficient sports such as football, sprinting, etc.

3. Master the appropriate amount, duration and frequency of exercise. The amount of exercise should be of moderate intensity, that is, your breathing and heart rate will increase, and you will feel slightly tired and sweat slightly, but you should not feel dizzy, have difficulty breathing, or vomit. After exercise, the feeling of fatigue disappears quickly, and energy, physical strength and appetite remain good. Exercise time should be no less than 30 minutes each time, 3 times a week. If you are in the active stage of acute fatty liver or fatty hepatitis, or if there are liver, kidney, or heart failure, you should appropriately control and reduce the amount of exercise and focus on rest.

Through the above introduction, we know that fatty liver disease can be treated through exercise, but we must pay attention to the method when exercising, especially exercise is a long-term practice, which can not only treat fatty liver, but also benefit the body. It just requires us to persist in it for a long time.
