Step 7:

Stand up straight, without bending your back, keep your feet together, let your hands hang naturally at both sides of your body, breathe naturally, and hold the position for 10 seconds.

Step 8:

Take a deep breath, stretch your left hand upward and raise it above your head, bend your right leg at the knee, hold the instep of your right foot with your right hand, lean your body back slightly, and push your chest forward, holding the position for 10 seconds.

Step 9:

After standing in a balanced position, slowly bend the upper body forward. Stretch out the left hand horizontally forward to form a straight line with the body. Grab the instep of the right foot with the right hand and move it upward as the upper body bends. Hold the position for 10 seconds, return to standing position, and continue on the other side.
