1. If you are running and exercising in the same workout, you should warm up first. The order is not a big problem. If the warm-up is not sufficient, it is best to do exercises that are less irritating to the joints first. Just exercise in the order of jogging, fitness, and sprinting. It is best to do stretching exercises after running, and then do some relaxing and soothing activities to finish. As for running, it won't make your thighs thicker, but that will happen if you don't stretch them properly.

2. Your calves may have muscles that feel thick, so you must warm up and stretch before and after running. It is best to wait for a while before taking a bath, at least half an hour, and it is best to take a warm bath. Because it is not good for muscles to be exposed to cold or heat after exercise.

3. It is recommended to run for 30 minutes first and then intersperse fitness and jogging, or run one day and exercise the next day. But no matter which one you do, it must be more than half an hour, because that is when you start to burn fat. In addition, you must not take a shower immediately after exercise. It is best to wait about half an hour before taking a shower. In addition, do not drink too much water at this time. It is best to drink small sips every few minutes. If you sweat a lot, you can drink some light salt water. Stretching after exercise is very important.

Generally speaking, you don’t need to worry too much about the order. The order of exercise is not the biggest problem. Of course, the best order is to run first and then exercise. Just think of running as a warm-up for yourself. This can also prevent accidents while exercising. This is not a rule that everyone must do this, but you still have to do it according to your own ideas.
