1. If the symptoms of bone spurs are not very serious, you can use simple painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs, sedatives and muscle relaxants or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, such as aspirin, Tylenol, etc., to relieve pain and relieve symptoms. Bone spurs can also be treated with hot compresses, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, head traction and other methods.

3. Medical gymnastics for knee bone hyperplasia:

(1) Stand still and focus your mind on Dantian for a moment. Put your feet together, bend over and place your hands on your knees. The Laogong point is facing the Xuehai point, and the focus is on the Laogong points on both hands. Use force on both knees to straighten the knee joint backwards from a flexed position to an extended position, exhale at the same time, then return to the original position, inhale, and repeat 8 times.

(2) The posture is the same as (1). Place your hands on your knees and rotate them clockwise for one circle (exhale), then counterclockwise for one circle (exhale). Then open your knees and rotate them from inside to outside once (inhale), and then from outside to inside once (exhale). Repeat 8 times.

(3) Sit down and focus your mind on Dantian for a moment. Direct the Qi from Dantian to Yongquan. Use muscle contraction to straighten your calves while inhaling. Then use the gravity of your lower limbs to flex your knee joints while exhaling, and repeat 8 times. Finally, guide the Qi back to the Dantian point.

Patients with bone spurs should try not to run. They can do some other physical exercises. Doing some arm swinging and high leg raising exercises on the spot can also achieve good exercise effects. Running is a strenuous exercise. If we do not take relevant protective measures, it is very easy for our bone spurs to worsen.
