Lean your upper body down, straighten your back, and look forward with your head raised. STEP 2: Slowly raise your arms with your palms facing backwards, then lower your arms to return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise several times. The fourth type: Zheng Duoyan's slim waist and abdomen exercise STEP 1: Lie on your back, stretch your arms above your head, put your arms against your ears, and your palms facing each other. Keep your legs straight and together. Lift your head, hands, and legs slightly upward at a 45-degree angle to the ground. STEP 2: Inhale, and while exhaling, stretch your arms and legs upward, raising your pelvis and upper body. Then return to action 1 and repeat this action several times.

We should all learn the aerobics introduced above. On the one hand, it can help our obese female friends get rid of the trouble of obesity, and on the other hand, it can shape a slim body. Try not to adopt some dieting methods to lose weight. Aerobics exercises are a very good choice.
