Because you need to keep your forearms raised horizontally during the exercise, your arms will feel sore. Pushing up with both arms can also train small muscle groups by rotating the handles while pushing up. This movement mainly trains the deltoids and pectoralis major. Keep your core working as always, hold the arm trainer horizontally at about your chin, then rotate it, push it up, and then retract it. This movement also counts as one set, doing 30 seconds.

If you want to develop strong arm muscles, in addition to the above exercises, you should also pay attention to two aspects. The first aspect is: all exercises cannot be done all at once, the weight should be gradually increased, and these training programs should be persisted for a long time. The second aspect: The growth of arm muscles is inseparable from the supply of nutrition. When exercising, dietary nutrition must be improved in time.
