How to build abdominal muscles for women

Women's abdomen is more likely to accumulate fat than men's, so women's figure is often more likely to change after giving birth. However, if a woman can always have a perfect belly, it can still add points to her figure. For many women, their dream is to be able to train their abdominal muscles, that is, the vest line, so how should they exercise?

The first method: fat burning and tightening abdomen method. Sit on a chair with your body and thighs at 90 degrees and your back straight. Place your hands on either side of your thighs and hold onto the edge of the chair. Engage your abdominals and slowly count to five as you try to lift your knees toward your chest. Pause for a moment at the highest point, then slowly lower your body while counting to five. This action can eliminate belly fat and tighten abdominal muscles. But be careful, you don't need to use any force with your hands, just place them easily on both sides of your thighs. At this time, your body cannot lean against the back of the chair, and you must clearly feel that it is your stomach that is exerting the force. Do this exercise to your ability, but it is best to do at least six reps in a set without interruption.

The second method: Indian massage method. The first method: Place your hands on your waist and use your thumbs to push the fat at the back of your waist toward the front. It feels like the fat is being pushed into the pelvis. The second move is to eliminate excess fat. Gently kneading the abdomen is very helpful in eliminating excess fat, and the effect of longitudinal kneading is more ideal. You must push and pinch from the outside of the abdomen toward the center. The third move is to contract your lower abdomen, take a deep breath through your nose, then exhale slowly, drawing circles in a clockwise direction with your palms. Focus your awareness on the Dantian point located between your navel and sacrum. You can also use a brush for massage.

The two methods introduced above are still very effective. As long as women can persist in the training process for a long time and adjust their diet in daily life, they can develop enviable abdominal muscles. But when exercising your abdominal muscles, you must pay attention to the correct method.
