How to exercise to reduce face size

Body shaping is not only about having a perfect S-curve, face shaping is also very important. If you want to shape a perfect face through exercise, you can try doing some facial exercises. These exercises can effectively promote blood circulation in the face, enhance the elasticity of the facial skin, and while doing these exercises, you can also correct various facial deformities such as protruding chin and crooked face. Here is how to do facial exercises.

Before doing facial exercises, remember to wash your face first. It is best not to apply anything on your face. However, if your skin feels too dry, you can apply some lotion, beauty serum and other skin care products. After getting up in the morning, blood circulation is smoother, so it is the best time to do facial exercises. The time after bathing in the evening is also very suitable. Adding some relaxing music can make your exercise more enjoyable.

The "Ah" technique exercises the jaw and cheek muscles. Face the mirror, open your mouth in the shape of the word "ah", and keep your chin down for about 10 seconds. Repeat the action more than 3 times. The "撇" technique strengthens the muscles of the cheeks and corners of the mouth. Close your lips and keep your lips turned to the right for about 10 seconds. Then, keep your lips turned to the left for about 10 seconds. Then alternate between the left and right sides about 8 times. When you are not used to it at first, your eyes can also shift left and right.

Use the tip of your tongue to massage the acupoints on the inside of your lips in a clockwise direction, in the order of up, right, down, and left, for more than three times. After sitting down, straighten your back, keep your chin flat at 15 degrees, and regulate your breathing. Straighten your back, then tilt your head back, lift your chin and neck as high as possible, and continue this for about 10 seconds; then slowly open your mouth and say "ah" until your jaw muscles feel tight, and make sure to keep your back straight; finally, lower your tense neck and chin, and continue sitting in a relaxed position. Repeat this about 6 times, which can promote blood circulation.

In fact, whistling can also help shape your face. Of course, you don't have to make any sound when whistling. Just make the whistle shape. When whistling, the airflow will cause your cheeks to swell slowly. This can last for about 5 seconds. Do this exercise 3 times each time. Doing this action for a long time can make your face thinner and more slender.
