How to slim down your thighs and calves

Women who love beauty are very demanding about their body shape. Even if there is a little bit of fat accumulation on the thighs or calves, they will find ways to remove it. I have tried many methods, but none of them have perfectly shaped sexy and charming legs. This is due to improper training methods and being too busy at work and not having time to persist in training. No matter what, all the exercise is worth it for us to have a more charming and sexy body. Here are some ways to slim down your legs.

To train the gluteal muscles, open your feet as wide as your shoulders, kneel on your knees, support your body with your forearms, keep your thighs and upper arms perpendicular to the ground, tighten your abdomen, straighten your back, then stretch your right foot backwards and touch the ground with the toe of your right foot. Exhale slowly while lifting your straight right leg (as shown in the picture), then inhale slowly and return to the original position. Note: During the entire movement, the body should not lean or sway to the left.

To train the hamstrings, lie prone with your feet straight behind you. Exhale slowly while bringing your right heel as close to your buttocks as possible, then inhale slowly to return to the original position. Note: Since this movement is of low intensity, you can put a donut sandbag or lead bag above your ankle, or ask someone to help apply gentle pressure on your ankle.

To train the outer thigh and gluteal muscles, lie on your side with your head resting on your extended left arm, use your right hand to help maintain body stability, and straighten your right foot slightly off the ground. Exhale slowly while lifting your right foot, then inhale slowly and return to the original position. Note: During the entire movement, the body should be fixed and not shake. Since this exercise is of low intensity, you can put a donut sandbag or lead bag above your ankle, or ask someone to help you apply gentle pressure on your ankle.

Some of the leg slimming methods introduced above do not require a very open space or special equipment, and some of the training methods are not very intense and can be accepted by ordinary people. Then why do many people fail to lose weight on their legs? The reason is that lack of persistence is the key to failure. Therefore, before exercising, you must establish strong faith and believe that you can do it.
