When it comes to losing weight, running is one of the simplest and most effective methods. But not everyone living in the city has the conditions to run. Even if you have the conditions to run outdoors, the outdoor air pollution is quite serious now. If you run in an area with serious air pollution, it is equivalent to chronic suicide. So many friends who want to lose weight will ask, can they use skipping rope instead of running to lose weight? Because skipping rope is more convenient than running, and you don’t have to skip rope outdoors, you can just skip rope at home.

Bodyweight squat: Stand up straight with feet shoulder-width apart, arms extended forward at shoulder height, core muscles tight, lower back naturally arched forward, body lowered as far as possible, buttocks back, knees bent, arms kept in the same position from beginning to end, upper thighs parallel to the ground, or lower, the center of gravity of the entire movement is on the heels rather than the toes, and the body is as straight as possible. Pause for 1, then slowly stand up and return to the starting position. Repeat this 5 to 8 times in a set, rest for 30 seconds, and do at least 4 sets.

Push-ups are a good way to train your chest muscles and arms. You can adjust the distance between your palms during this movement. The closer the distance, the more your arms will be trained. Do 15 to 20 at a time, then rest for 30 to 60 seconds, then continue, and strive for 3 to 4 sets.

To broaden your shoulders, wide-grip pull-ups are a good way to do it, but this movement cannot be done without considerable strength, and it will not be effective, so it is better to train other movements first.

You can eat some fruit after exercise, try not to eat after 10 pm, go to bed before 12 pm, get up at 7-8 am, and give yourself a big stretch, which can stretch your muscles and bones well. The first thing you must do when you get up is to drink about 300~400ml of boiled water. When you get up, it is the time for the human body to detoxify and needs water. This habit should be maintained at all times. You must eat breakfast and consume protein at every meal. Breakfast is milk or eggs, lunch should be 80% full, and dinner should be about 70% full.

Whether skipping rope or running to lose weight, we must learn to be moderate every day and not do a lot of exercise, which will put our bodies in a state of negative energy. This will only lead to a gradual decline in our body resistance and immunity, and then affect our normal work and study. Therefore, we should maintain a calm attitude when it comes to losing weight. It is best to lose weight, but if we can't, we should accept it calmly.
