Do more standing jumps, standing jumps with a high jump, running jumps, and running jumps with a high jump every day (which can effectively increase your height). If conditions permit, you can hang on the horizontal bar and parallel bars more often (it is better to reach and exceed the high school physical exercise standards);

It is useless to stop exercising the muscles halfway. It will lose elasticity, so once you start exercising, the key is to persist. The way girls and boys exercise is very different.
