Fourth, yoga beginners should pay attention to their breathing. Breathing is a key point in yoga. Remember to inhale slowly and exhale quickly. Of course, as you practice yoga for a long time, your breathing will get better and better.

Fifth, yoga exercise is a long-term sport. Many people stop practicing after a few days, which is bad for the body. So I advise beginners to stick to it. If you feel you can't stick to it, I suggest you don't practice yoga and can choose other sports such as aerobics.
