We all know that the cerebellum is a key organ in maintaining our coordination. But we cannot change the cerebellum. But this does not mean that we have to admit this inherent deficiency. Many people with congenital deficiencies can still realize their dreams. Especially for many athletes, coordination is very important. This requires everyone to improve their coordination through acquired efforts. So how can we effectively train coordination? Coordination refers to the correct timing of the body's muscle movements, appropriate direction and speed, and stable balance and rhythm. Among all physical fitness, coordination training is arguably the most difficult, because in addition to genetics and the athlete's psychological personality, factors that affect coordination include muscle strength and endurance, proficiency in technical movements, the relationship between speed and speed-endurance, balance of the body's center of gravity, rhythmicity of movements, muscle relaxation and contraction, and even flexibility. There are probably many means of coordination training: 1. Various physical exercises of unfamiliar movements; 2. Complete the movement in reverse; switch from right hand to left hand. 3. Change the speed and rhythm of the familiar movement; (jogging, race walking) 4. Complete complex movements in a game-like manner; (slow motion) 5. Require creative changes in the way of completing movements; 6. Use unfamiliar combination of movements to make the mastered movements more complex; 7. Change the spatial range of movements; 8. Use various equipment or natural environment to do various more complex exercises; (table tennis, football) 9. Use signals or conditioned stimulation at the right time to enable athletes to do various exercises to change movements. The frequency of coordination training should be higher for basic levels. Of course, if a person is over two meters tall and his movements are still uncoordinated, the frequency should also be higher. During the preparation period, it is better to exercise two to three times a week, with at least ten movements and each movement practiced at least three times. Before exercising your body's coordination, you must understand where the incoordination is occurring in your body, learn the training methods for the incoordination, understand the relevant theoretical knowledge, and then exercise. Well, the editor has already talked about many good ways to exercise coordination above. If your family or friends have such needs, you might as well take a look at what the editor said. Of course, coordination exercises cannot be done in a few days. Everyone must find a suitable exercise method for their dreams. If you persist, you will succeed. |
