The fourth type:

1. Sit on the ground with your legs crossed and your hands in front of you.

The best way to improve and maintain flexibility is to do a gradual stretching exercise. However, it should be noted that stretching before exercise will affect strength development, while doing large-scale stretching exercises after fitness can not only relieve muscle soreness, but also improve the flexibility of muscle joints.

There are many stretching movements, such as bending sideways, putting your feet together, crossing your fingers with your palms facing up, raising your arms up, lifting your heels, slowly bending your upper body to the right, holding for a few seconds, then bending to the left, and also holding for a few seconds. Do 6 times on each side, then return to the middle position. You can also do chest expansion, stretching, leg pressing and other exercises.
