What are the basic movements of aerobic kickboxing?

There are many aerobic combat exercises, and they are constantly developing. Common movements include: side kick, back kick, sweep, etc. For example, the basic side kick movement comes from Sanda routines. When doing side kick exercises, first bend one leg and lift it up, then swing the calf outward, then adduct the knee, and then lift the other leg and kick it upward with force. It is very explosive and you can experience the fun of Sanda.

Inner block: defend with the arm from the outside to the inside, with the back of the fist facing forward and the palm facing yourself. Outside block: Block from inside to outside with the arm, stopping at the side of the shoulder, with the hand at the same height as the forehead. Cross upper defense: Cross your wrists to defend from bottom to top, with your hands about a fist's distance forward. Cross-down defense: Cross your wrists to defend from top to bottom, with your hands placed 10 to 15 cm in front of your lower abdomen.

The leg movements of aerobic boxing are mainly based on some basic movements in free fighting. In leg techniques, the stability of the main leg is crucial. The main leg should be slightly bent to move the body's center of gravity downward and maintain the necessary stability. At the same time, the body should tilt in the opposite direction of the leg during the movement to maintain body balance and stability. The basic leg techniques include pushing, kicking, sweeping, etc.

Straight kick: Straight kick is a typical straight kick that starts from the front. Bend one leg and lift it up first, while slightly bending the other leg to support it. Bend your knees and lift your legs, leading with your heels from flexion to extension, quickly exert force and push in a straight line. When performing the movement, lean your upper body back slightly, tuck your chest in slightly, and keep your hands in a protective position.

Of course, the aerobic combat exercises introduced above are only a small part of them. The entire combat exercise training takes about one hour to complete. After training, I was sweating all over and my body felt very relaxed. Even a very fat person will feel as light as a swallow after exercising. Therefore, combat exercises have a strong effect in losing weight.
