1. Aerobic exercise improves immune function and helps prevent cancer

Human cells themselves contain proto-oncogenes. Regular exercise can also increase the level of interferon in the blood. Interferon is an immune enhancer of the human body and has anti-cancer effects.

2. Aerobic exercise increases the activity of antioxidant enzymes, effectively removes free radicals and helps prevent cancer

The human body absorbs about 600 grams of oxygen every day. Oxygen is a "double-edged sword". While maintaining human survival, it also produces billions of "small cannonballs" - free radicals. Human cells are bombarded by thousands of "small cannonballs" every moment.
