Only gymnastics that lasts for more than 30 minutes and keeps the heart rate below 140 beats per minute can carry out aerobic metabolism, burn fat and achieve the effect of losing weight. It should be pointed out that aerobic exercises cannot ignore individual differences such as age and physical condition. During exercise, you should always sweat slightly but not profusely. Considering that women's hemoglobin levels are lower than men's, the intensity and duration of aerobic exercise can be slightly reduced and extended. Whether it is aerobic fitness or anaerobic fitness, they will have certain benefits to people's health at the beginning, and there is no very clear dividing line between aerobic fitness and anaerobic fitness.
