What kind of exercise in the gym is aerobic exercise?

For those of us who want to lose weight, aerobic exercise is a must. However, there are many categories of aerobic exercise, whether it is running or sit-ups, they are all considered aerobic exercise. To put it simply, aerobic exercise is exercise that consumes oxygen, and the body will produce lactic acid, so everyone should pay attention to being appropriate when exercising. Excessive exercise will make the body very tired. So what exercises in the gym are aerobic exercises?

Exercises on treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical machines, professional strength machines, comprehensive trainers, abdominal muscle boards, etc. are all anaerobic exercises.

Aerobic exercise can be divided into two categories: high-impact aerobic exercise and low-impact aerobic exercise.

1. High-impact aerobic exercise is a traditional fitness exercise, such as long-distance running, swimming, table tennis, etc.

2. Low-impact aerobic exercise refers to exercise with a relatively slow rhythm but a longer exercise time, such as skipping rope, rotating left and right, jogging, brisk walking, etc.

In comparison, low-impact aerobic exercise is more popular because it reduces the chance of injury to athletes.

Aerobic training is training that uses oxygen as the main source of energy. Simply put, it is endurance training, such as running, aerobics, cycling, climbing machines, etc. Because the energy required for these exercises comes from oxygen. After oxygen enters the body, it reacts with the sugar in the body to produce energy for exercise. However, strength training is anaerobic training. It does not mean that you do not breathe or use oxygen during training. Instead, the ability required for training comes from the adenosine triphosphate in the muscles, not directly provided by oxygen. Therefore, it is called anaerobic training. Therefore, whether oxygen is the main source of energy for training is the basis for determining aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise. You can choose aerobic training for fat loss training, and it is best to add appropriate anaerobic training for better results.

Most of the exercises in the gym are aerobic exercises, so we can all choose them, but when facing exercise, we must pay attention to the warm-up before fitness and relaxation after exercise. This will not only make the body healthier, but also effectively help girls reduce muscle mass, so everyone should pay attention.
