How to practice power yoga?

Power yoga is also a common type of yoga. This type of yoga focuses on strong strength training. It can achieve the purpose of training through healthy serial postures. It can promote weight loss, increase body strength, and improve body flexibility. It can also improve strength on the spiritual level. Power yoga is also the most rigorous method of yoga.

1. Exhale

Extend your right leg back and lower your body into a lunge. Inhale and lift your chest, then exhale and extend your left leg back and lift your hips into Downward Dog. Inhale, bend your knees, exhale and kick your legs up toward your hips. Repeat 5 times, then exhale as you return to Downward Dog.

2. Exhale and straighten your right leg and lift it backwards

Then bend your right knee, opening it out and slightly forward. Inhale and straighten your leg out to the side, then exhale, bend your knee and extend it forward to touch your left elbow. Repeat the entire movement 2-5 times. Then switch sides.

3. Kneeling

Place your right leg in front and your left leg behind. Cross your fingers and bend your elbows. Place your hands behind your back while pushing your torso upward. Press your thumbs toward your coccyx or gently press down. Hold the position for 2-5 breaths. Inhale, raise your arms and bring your palms together into prayer position. Exhale and reach your hands back and over your head into reverse prayer pose, gently arching your back and bringing your hands downward. Then lower your hands to touch the mat while stepping your right leg forward. Push your hips back, straighten your right leg and hook your foot up. Inhale, lengthen your spine, then exhale, press your right leg down. Hold for 2-5 breaths.

4. Inhale

Bend your left knee and lift it forward. Exhale and hug your knees with your hands. Inhale and use your left hand to gently pull your knees apart while arching your back. Then exhale and fold forward, bringing your head toward your knees. Repeat 2-5 times.
