After that, don't eat any sugary snacks and drinks, don't eat fatty meat, one egg a day, a cup of milk 250CC, don't eat midnight snacks and too much fruit (the amount of two apples a day), keep active every day, run at a fixed time a day, step by step, start with 20 minutes of running (continuously), add a few minutes every day, persist until 40 minutes and then maintain, gradually increase the speed, the key is to let your heart rate reach 110-130 beats/minute in the process, stick to it for a month, you will definitely lose weight, the key is perseverance, and then you have to find a way to make your body accustomed to the fat that existed in your body before.

The body will be dehydrated after exercise, and it is very necessary to replenish water in time. But you need to pay attention to the time when drinking water. There are also some rules for drinking water. After strenuous exercise, it is best not to drink cold water on an empty stomach. You should drink some warm boiled water or light salt water.
