What kind of exercise is the most effective way to reduce belly fat?

3. Gently rub the navel and abdomen: Stand naturally, sit flat or lie on your back, breathe naturally, relax your whole body, place your palms together on the navel and abdomen with the palms facing inward, then gently rub the navel and abdomen in a clockwise direction. One circle of rubbing is one beat, rub for a total of two eight beats; then gently rub in a counterclockwise direction for two eight beats.

4. Lateral hip twist: Stand naturally, breathe naturally, relax your whole body, then hold both sides of your hips with your hands, and twist your hips from left to right to left. One twist counts as one beat, and do four times for a total of eight beats.

5. Abdominal breathing: You can stand naturally, sit flat or lie on your back, breathe naturally, relax your whole body, focus on your navel and abdomen, and then perform abdominal breathing: when you exhale, your lower abdomen will slightly retract inward, and at the same time, the front and back genitals will also slightly tighten inward; when you exhale, your lower abdomen will slightly bulge outward, and at the same time, the front and back genitals will also slightly exhale outward. One breath is one beat, and do this four times.

The above five methods to lose belly fat are all relatively effective. In addition to exercising, you still need to be a little more moderate in your diet. At least don't sit down immediately after a meal. Stand for five minutes. If you can, fifteen minutes to half an hour would be the best. Only in this way can you have a flat belly after a period of time.
