Introduction to the Theory and Method of Jinggong Health Preservation

The development speed of modern society is getting faster and faster, and people's mental pressure is getting greater and greater. Everyone is pursuing the legendary immortality, but reality tells us that this is just a dream. Keeping in good health is a popular attitude at present. How should we keep in good health? What are the principles and methods of static exercises for health preservation? Let me tell you one by one!

Things are developing. Although each school has its own characteristics and advantages, it is impossible for them all to be correct. In particular, the "classic" works of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism all have profound principles and desirable methods, but because they contain idealistic viewpoints, metaphysical methods have also emerged. Therefore, we cannot rely solely on what is in books to solve the problem of practicing exercises for the purpose of health preservation. We must use the viewpoint of dialectical materialism to understand the essence of "stillness" and its effect on life from objective reality. From then on, I always silently experienced the relationship between tranquility of mind and the circulation of qi and blood and life activities, and observed the laws of movement and change of objective natural things. Gradually, I understood that there is no real stillness in nature. What people think of as stillness is just overall balanced movement, or comprehensive balance of movement. The so-called calming the mind and guarding the acupoints in qigong practice means controlling the life center and grasping the overall balance of Qi and blood movement.

Everything in nature is about eliminating differences and pursuing balance. Any object that loses balance will stop moving. If the body's qi and blood circulation function loses coordination and balance, it will inevitably cause illness and even death. A calm mind can coordinate the balance of the functions of transportation and transformation, so "calmness" has the effect of curing diseases and prolonging life.

"Quiet" is the embodiment of truth, kindness and beauty in people's lives, such as quiet, calm, cool, gentle, tranquil and elegant, etc. Staying calm at all times in daily life is like practicing qigong all the time. It can not only accelerate the effects of curing diseases and maintaining health, but also enable you to consider problems in a comprehensive and balanced manner, which helps to deal with everything well. At the same time, all long-lived people can always keep a calm mood, so "calmness" is indeed a treasure for health preservation and life.

The theories and methods of health preservation through static exercises are not as mysterious and out of reach as everyone thinks. As long as everyone calms down and slowly feels it, they will discover the theories and methods of health preservation through static exercises. For the sake of physical health and mental relaxation, it is recommended that you do more research on the theories and methods of static exercises and health preservation when you have the time and conditions. I believe it will be of great benefit to the body.
