How to do simple body shaping yoga

Generally, you can choose simple body-shaping yoga. Here are some introductions.

Stretches to keep your legs in optimal condition:

1. Sit on a yoga mat or bed, lean forward, and hold your feet with both hands;

2. Grasp the toes of your right foot or the calf of your right leg with the fingers of both hands (depending on your comfort level), slowly raise your right leg to the highest height according to your flexibility, and inhale with your chest raised;

3. After returning to the original position, adjust your breathing, then switch to your left leg and do the same movements.

Simple waist twist: can strengthen the waist curve, reduce waist fat, and make the waist and abdomen flat

1. Sit on a yoga mat or bed with your legs straight and adjust your breathing;

2. Straighten your left leg, bend your right leg, cross your right leg over your left leg and place it on the outside of your left leg. Place your left hand on the right side of your body (next to your right leg) and your right hand on the ground on the right side of your body. Inhale and when you exhale, your body (upper body) begins to twist to the right. Keep breathing evenly and twist your body as far to the right as possible.

3. Return to the starting position, adjust your breathing, and then switch to your left leg and do the same action.

Single-leg rotation

1. Lie on your back and adjust your breathing

2. Raise your right leg up, try to make it perpendicular to your body, and straighten your left leg on the ground.

3. Gently rotate your right leg, either clockwise or counterclockwise, then return to the original position and do the same movement with your left leg raised.

You may feel uncomfortable when you first start practicing, but it will be fine after two days of persistence. Also, this yoga process is actually very simple. If you still find it complicated, you can change the difficulty a little bit according to your body. The most important thing about doing exercise is persistence.
