It explores the principles and methods of "the unity of Brahman and Atman". What modern people call yoga is mainly a series of methods to cultivate the body and mind. Practicing yoga can also reduce facial wrinkles, and the more you practice, the younger you look. This is how modern people understand the sport of yoga.
