Put your hands together in front of your chest, inhale to lengthen your spine, and when you exhale, twist your upper body from the waist to the right until your right elbow touches the outside of your raised left knee. Try to keep both sides of your sitting bones (buttocks) on the ground and not hanging in the air. If one side of your buttocks is floating up, you can put a small towel underneath; also keep your back straight! Switch sides after finishing the exercise. Sitting action three 1. Prepare in a kneeling position with your buttocks sitting on your heels. 2. Lean your upper body forward, open your hands and feet to about shoulder-width apart, do not completely straighten your elbows and lock them, keep your inner elbows facing each other, and place your hands approximately directly below your shoulders. Cowback pose: When inhaling, raise your head slightly, soften your waist and lift your buttocks. 3. Cat pose: When you exhale, arch your back toward the ceiling, with your head facing the floor and your eyes looking at your stomach. Repeat steps 2-3 several times.
