The most important thing for people who start fitness is to have a strong sense of goal: to lose 20 pounds, to gain 5 kilograms of muscle, to maintain a healthy body, and to develop a peach butt.

In short, you have to figure out why you are in the gym at this moment instead of lying on the sofa watching TV series, after all, the latter is easier.

If the purpose of fitness is to lose weight, Uncle Dong recommends eating 1-2 hours before fitness, because the calories can be consumed during fitness, preventing more calories from accumulating in the body to form fat.

Moreover, if you go to the gym without eating, you will easily overeat after exercise due to excessive energy consumption during the process. This is a big taboo for weight loss and may cause you to get fatter the more you exercise.
