When I was a freshman in college, I weighed 140 pounds and was about 1.6 meters tall. Can you imagine passing by like a ball? But after working out, I met a different self and felt proud of the decision I made at that time.

The whole weight loss process took about a year. In the beginning, I took a lot of detours. The rapid weight loss method I used did not make up for the effort, so I changed my mindset. From then on, I combined exercise, diet and a recipe book, and lost weight to around 110 pounds. The process of losing weight is a year of witnessing my transformation. I finally understand what it means to be strict with myself, and the feeling of not being able to eat something delicious. I only eat tasteless vegetables every day just to lose weight.

Overall, that period was painful but tough. I had a goal, but the road was tortuous. There were shortcuts, but they would definitely not harm my body. I then sank and sank in the inner struggle between sweating and dieting. Later, there was another one. To be precise, it also feels like being as light as a swallow.

After losing weight, I feel that my whole temperament has improved. I used to not like dressing up and was free to follow my own style. I only liked to wear sportswear, but now I feel the fun of skirts, and I am willing to wear some mature outfits. I have also slowly learned how to put on makeup. What's the point of saying this? I believe that I will be more confident and enjoy the differences that fitness brings. I still run 2 to 3 times a week. My goal is to maintain a healthy body and figure. In the past, people exercised to lose weight, but now they exercise to get a good figure.

With the progress of society and the development of science, people's ideas have begun to change. People pay more and more attention to the health of food, the strength of the body, and so on. Therefore, more and more people begin to pay attention to fitness, like fitness, and start going to gyms.
