How to strengthen and exercise facial muscles?

There are facial muscles on our faces, which control some common muscle expressions such as joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness in our daily lives. However, they are the same as some tissues and organs in our bodies, and will gradually decay. In this case, we cannot express our own expressions naturally. At this time, how should we exercise facial muscles?

1. Exercise the upper eyelid lifting muscles to prevent the upper eyelid from sagging. With your eyes open, lift your eyebrows as high as possible and hold for 5 seconds. Then keep your eyebrows still and let your upper eyelids move downward to squint your eyes. Stay for 5 seconds and then return to the natural state. Do this 3 times each time.

2. Exercise the muscles at both corners of the mouth. The corners of the mouth of older people often droop in an 8-shaped shape, which makes the facial expression unnatural. 1. Close your lips lightly, roll your upper and lower lips towards the center of your mouth, and then move the corners of your mouth to the left and right, lifting them up for 5 seconds each. 2. Make your lips into a U shape and pull the corners of your mouth as far to the sides as possible for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times each time.

3. Exercise of zygomatic muscles. Open your mouth slightly vertically and lift the corners of your mouth as far upward as possible until there is space between your teeth and cheek mucosa. Stay for 5 seconds. Do this 3 times each time. Persistent zygomatic muscle training can effectively prevent depressions caused by cheek muscle stiffness and atrophy.

4. Lift in parallel with the clavicle: The area between the neck and the chin is called the platysma muscle, which is the most prone to relaxation and sagging. Use the fingertips of both hands to lift from the clavicle to the parallel position of the chin, and massage 15 times.

5. Lift the zygomatic muscles: Use your fingertips to press and knead the zygomatic muscles, making "ah, wu, yi" sounds. This can train the muscles and delay the sagging of the skin.

6. Make a fist and massage from the forehead to the temple: Place your fist in the center of the forehead and make small circles to massage to the temple 10 times.

As long as you address your daily problems and follow the above instructions, I believe your facial muscles will improve soon. Just stick to your daily exercise and remember to concentrate when exercising. This will be effective. You should also keep your body and mind relaxed while doing it.
